Lawrence Wendt, President and co-founder
As the son of a Chicago-area second-generation Mason contractor, Larry has grown up in the entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on Construction. To meet his father's Estimating needs as a Civil Engineer in the Masonry industry, Larry applied his Math and Computer education to Estimating resulting in the creation of Syscon, Inc. in 1986, a company dedicated to providing technology solutions. As computer systems became available to more and more offices in the Construction Industry in the late 1980's, one-on-one meetings, industry articles and seminars allowed Larry to provide Business Consulting services to this industry as it embraced the computer-related solutions relevant to these businesses and their unique needs. Larry is proud to provide technology solutions through IT technology, custom integrations, industry-specific software products, as well as business process needs. Larry is very excited about the recent and upcoming technology available to businesses now and in the upcoming years. |

Catherine Wendt, co-founder
With a background in banking and providing business consulting to subcontractors, Catherine co-founded Syscon in 1986. As a business owner herself, she works with owners and management to identify business needs and goals, then create a strategy to successfully reach these goals, both for the owners as well as the staff whose job it is to implement and maintain the systems. Catherine's work includes on-site and remote support for critical application software including Accounting Systems, Project Management and general Operations management. |

Sean Draves, Director of Networking Services
Sean began his career with Syscon at the Hardware desk, quoting hardware, detailing hardware specifications based on client Network Reviews, getting to know our clients and their businesses. As he stepped into the field to provide on-site Client support and completed his Certifications and Bachelor's Degree, Sean has moved into leadership of Syscon's IT Tech Group. Sean's technical expertise, troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Syscon's client base allows him to provide technology solutions that are appropriate while helping our clients maintain their critical applications and infrastructure. |
