Managing and maximizing job profitability is the key to any construction business. There are powerful ways to quickly and clearly analyze your job profitability by customer, job size, estimator, job supervision, and more.
This workshop will provide a framework for capturing and analyzing large amounts of information and making it meaningful and useful to everyday business decisions. Specifically, we will focus on the analysis job profitability using Microsoft Excel. The analysis will help a contractor:
• Find the “sweet spot” of most profitable work
• Quickly and accurately determine most profitable customers
• Evaluate the accuracy and consistency of your estimating
