This program assists in managing pricing when working with Sage Master Builder Estimating. These functions help assure a correct and accurate estimate.
- Allows user to set a fixed unit price per line item in an estimate and automatically calculate the correct profit percentage for the line to get the bid item price.
- Optionally updates the profit markup in an estimate by line item from the default cost and billing price of the matching part in the parts database (9-2 screen)
- Prints an exception report that shows potential errors in pricing in the estimate
- Checks the entire estimate for parts with the same part number and description having different unit prices for billing
- Checks for parts used in the estimate that are missing default cost and billing values in the parts database
- Checks for parts listed in the estimate that don't have a quantity associated with them
