The Syscon ReportsPlus Costs Plus Billing Report prints a detailed time and materials invoice from actual job costs, offset against a predetermined job budget. There are multiple invoice formats including detailed invoices, summary invoices, progress billing format, and a sworn statment.

The invoices created in the Cost Plus Billing Report will match the totals posted in Master Builder. The printed invoice will split out the profit as a calculated management fee as is typical in "cost plus" billing methodology.
