Full Description:
The Interlink Direct Deposit Interface is a software tool that extracts payroll data from a Sage Master Builder (Standard Edition) company and organizes it into a file that can be forwarded to a financial institution. The data file contains the check numbers; check amount, date, payee, and account number. This file can then be forwarded to the financial institution that the checks will be drawn off of. The bank will then use the report to deposit funds into the employees accounts.
Additonal features include:
- Ability to provide for the employee a printed check during the pre-note test.
- Data file meets the NACHA file requirements yet can be modified to meet specific bank needs.
- Administrator security is provided which allows multiple users accesst to the interface yet keeps sensitive payroll data secure.
- Ability to create custom check vouchers for direct deposit that contain detalied information for the employee. Standard vouchers also available.
